Here is my latest Euphonix - 80 minutes of uplifting trance.

There are lots of familiar faces in here, some like Push, Paul Oakenfold, Solarstone and Jam El Mar who have been around the scene for decades. There's also a pleasing return to electro Ferry somewhat channelling "Zombie Nation" on the super-catchy "I Love You (Won't Give Up)".

There's a few reworked classics too and they are all tunes that mean a lot to me. There's two of the most emotive vocals in trance, "Fall To Pieces" and "Somewhere Inside". Julie Thompson's performance on the latter is particularly special. I think this came out originally in an emotionally fragile time of my life and the heartbreaking lyrics, strings and melody never fail to choke me up. Wonderful remix by Roger Shah too.

There's a cheeky bit of TDV on the 20th anniversary of his death - not often I get to sneak some hoovers into a Euphonix! It goes a bit psy towards then end, and as usual there is some John Askew in rather fine punchy yet melodic form with "On The Rocks".
